Lets look at the extreme in both cases:

1. You sold at around 0.19 before SPNG started to tank.

2. You sold at 0.02-0.03 the day it begain trading
again on the greys.

Now the third possibility is that you were long SPNG
but decided that some things just needed to be worked
out before you could justify keeping a large amount
invested in the company.

You sell at 0.12-15 range which was possible for a few
days after it took a massive hit from the R/S announcement.

Any decision that you make is "your" decision and you have to be ok with that, bottom line. To make $ decisions soley based on what someone says on a forum would foolish, and it is my opinion that about 80% of the posts are falsehoods so do some DD. (just a general statement not directed towards anyone in particular)
