hey this might sound dumb but i was researching something called a reverse/forward split. it is where a company does a 1000:1 R/S and then goes and pays cash to any SH with 1000 shares and under and it is not an option they just pay you cash for the 1000 and under SH. then after all the small SH's are gone they proceed to reverse it once again to a Forward split of 1:1000 now this may sound dumb but go google a reverse/forwar split folks this could be it because this will make this company keep the longs that are confident in the company and also bring in the BIG BOYS
