What else I am starting to find troubling, there is starting to look like a direct coordination of release dates of PR to the dates these minted shares being transfered..

Some a little to close for comfort..


Per the complaint from the SEC the 1st Conversion date was 2/4/09 and sold between 2/10/09 thru 3/18/09

Then all this PR started to get released after the last transfer request

"""This is all troubling and I wish the company would addrss it."" As much as I hate to say it, I don;t think they are going to publicly. This is really looking like a lot of smoke and mirrors.

Anyone else notice? It seems like when there is a LOI or other promise of future financing it is always a foreign company that no one can get info on or DD??
