You are the perfect example that Dr. Kramer refers to. If someone knows they have a cancer, even if it is determined to be slow growing and non lethal, they cannot stand the thought of having any cancer and they want it removed. What Dr. Kramer and others are stating is that someone is just better off never knowing about any slow growing cancers. Their life will be much better and they will not suffer the consequences of unnecessary operations.
