It isn't because the dilution shares arent available to the open market... the size is smaller because the market is scared to jump in and take them... What do you think is going to happen when news hits? The dilution gate is WIDE open, PPS will stay in sinking mode or trade sideways at best until the remaining 300 million A/S are burned up (on top of MM's dumpin in)and everyone bailing trying to recover... Some will make money others will pay for it. IMO
