Boo-hoo for PSNH. Talk about being a whiner. They show little regard for the ratepayer, which is why the Office of Consumer Advocate is also planning to intervene in the hearings against PSNH Nov 3.

Yeah unfortunately not liking someone is not one of the State laws allowing them to avoid doing business with them.
