this fluff news is exactly what you and many others have been so critical about in the past few months.

while I think SM and MM have made some stupid choices, I don't think they are dumb enough to enter into an agreement like this with the SEC breathing down their neck.

Even if you are expecting the company to fail, at least admit that this was a pretty bold PR to release in the midst of what is going on right now. What we want and are waiting for? No...but, there are signs of life and the office hasn't been vacated.
