PERMIT UPDATE: The Permit is a very complicated process. MBorowski has posted many times in the past all that is required. Believe me it is a LONG list. Just a brief example:

They need to do a wood survey to make sure there is enough wood to supply the facility and others in the area. We got a little taste as to what that survey said with MDD BLOG a week ago.

"Hope I'm not stealing anyone's thunder...
We just received a draft of the wood study we commissioned for our Berlin, NH project, which is being done for us by Landvest, a very well respected firm in this area. The study unquestionably concludes that more than enough biomass is available on a sustainable basis to support our project. We never doubted this, but it will be good to put this issue to rest."

Traffic study, how will the trucks effect traffic and the local economy

All kinds of environmental studies.

If you follow Mikes Blog he might be waiting till after for the new MAYOR elections in Berlin Nov 3rd. The current mayor does not want LLEG but if we get a new mayor that likes the Idea of Berlin getting a lot of TAX revenue for its city and 40 families with employment so they can spend their money in town on food, cloths or flowers for the wife.

In all good time. :)

The MM knows this stock will be HUGE for some HUGE gains in a few months. That is why they are playing this game to get all their shares they can. You might see one of those 1,000% games in one day...JMO
