IMO I don't think that it will stay down for more than a day or two.

There is just too much information that can now come out during the next few weeks:

from Scanbuy

from Nuestar

from handset manufacturers

from various (legitimate) brokers

from chat rooms

from blogs

from NEOM itself

Believe it or not:

NOBODY EVEN KNOWS ABOUT NEOM YET

and

NOBODY HAS FIGURED OUT NEOM'S EARNINGS POTENTIAL YET

...they will!

However, NEOM has always done the unexplainable...maybe you'll get lucky.
