The suit was filed Gold.....The point is now... why this guy did it..... Just mad because he lost money? Paid basher of the ultimate kind? If I saw something serious in his claims I'd be out of this in a heart beat but I'm leary of his motives...... all companies put out PR followed by the same disclaimer of forward looking statements......
