If this ends as I think it will, here is a suggestion.

Limit the participants to those who can be counted on to participate. To do that, a screen print of the buy transaction for AOTL should be mailed to you. That group should then be the only people who are given the stock pick. That will avoid what I think we have now - people who already had the stock (or bought some of every stock that was suggested on your board) selling instead of buying.
