Im not going to take sides here, but how can you say false advertising before the fact? The 10Q's and 8k's clearly show the risks involved with trading this stock....This seems to me a bashing because someone sold a stock and lost money..... Even at the end of every PR there is a disclaimer telling you to read the facts.... PR is for facts and plans... speculative and otherwise....
