John has told me that there will not be a lot of time in the CC for voice questions as he has a substantial number of things to share with everyone that will take a lot of time to go through. He's requesting everyone with questions to submit them prior to the conference. This is not to say that there will be no voice questions, it simply much easier and faster if he can include answers to your questions in his prepared speech.
