I thought I remembered Ray saying in the last CC that it was Oct and than Feb but your right that Rodman would know best. This is waht the article said:

participants in the April 2009 convertible debt financing are able to covert their notes and sell shares in the open market. The conversion
and sale of these shares has the potential to introduce approximately 55 MM additional shares into the market. Additionally, 77.5 MM
shares have the potential to enter the market in early November 2009 in connection with other financings. In our opinion, the potential
dilutive events resulting from the above transactions could create a buying opportunity for investors ahead of the AGENDA data in 4Q09.
