Question

I read the S-1 and it said that participants in financing will be able to sell their shares in October. Than I read the Rodman & Renshaw report on Genta and it said that there will be an additional 77.5 million shares that have the potential to enter the market in November. Does anyone know if this is true as well? I thought the noteholders could dump some in October and the next time was in February of next year?
