well let's see if we can twist your "facts" back to reality

#1 You have no proof, this is your speculation

#2 When Brian took over the company he said the share structure was around 5.3 billion...the new TA will confirm that the share structure is now 6.3 billion...this is fact and proof that some dilution has occured (not saying it's bad, you need to dilute to pay for the day to day business when starting)

#3 It is easy for a PUBLIC company (even a start-up) to fund an existing company...you just have to sell shares.
