I am anxious to see how rapid Dr Moro will progress once he gets the shareholder approval. The series of events that lead up to the need for new capital were unfortunate due to the financial crisis, but IMO, I see Dr Moro really capitalizing on his revitalized company. Imagine how you would feel if you just had a near death experience (so to speak). Every day becomes a blessing, and I am certain he will not squander the capital. He has a clear direction for the company. I do feel he should have shown shareholders his blueprints for the deployment of capital. I hope for everyone's sake this does not come back to haunt him. I am experienced with other investments that have done secondaries and/or private placements where the shareholders were not told what the capital was for, however, he did send out a shareholder letter that did for the most part give an indication what the future of the company should look like.
