Nope not public, which goes to my point I'm very small and don't have time. As far as the SEC goes, I believe it is like anything else that is run either by elected officials or those appointed by them. I believe it is wasteful in its spending, run by people who would never get to that level in a truly private enterprise and the rules they enforce are not in any way shape or form enforced equally across the board.

And yes I realize I have time to type this and follow some boards on iHub.
