I run a small IT company. If someone calls and I don't know them I don't talk to them. I know I don't have time and I'm sure neither do they. I'm listed as the contact for my company and unless the person calling can do something for me or my company, well "Have a nice day". This is why we all employee "Gate Keepers", these are the people we get to talk to. Geez I must get 10 sales calls a day, plus all the other nonsense.

All I'm saying is, if you don't have someone's cell number, you don't usually get to talk to them.
