He doesn't want HIS shares diluted. He needs some extra shares for acquisitions.
He said there are about 3 billion codes world wide. (Coke has 4,000?). They want to connect 1% at annual revenues of $500 each, for example.
You do the math.
Costs are minimal because the software is written.
