When you have a corporate attorney going to the SEC to inform on the company that his Legal Opinions were used by management to get the RESTRICTED legend removed so they can sell without his authorization.

Then they go out and pump the stock with promoters and they sell those shares --dump those shares--while it is being pumped.

That, my friend, is a pump and dump
