Anyone who gives their money to someone else to manage IMO gets just what they deserve. If one doesn't have time to manage one's own money, IMO one should not have money in the stock market. I had several regular brokers before I opened my first trading account as a direct result of the fact that they all lost money for me. I figured I could do that just as well myself, and proceeded to do so for quite a while before I got the hang of things and developed my own successful trading style and started making money, more money than any broker ever made on my behalf. You simply cannot pay someone enough to make them care about your money as much as you care yourself.

As to your idea, I just don't think any serious trader in the heat of the trading day would have the time or motivation to do all that you would like him or her to do on your behalf. You may just have to learn how to do it on your own behalf yourself.
