Instead ofa question why not a formal request?

Surely it’s not out of school for current stockholders to present a request for clarification of a specific statement made within a press release especially when it was further supported by quotation from the company’s CEO.

Something like…… many stockholders have attempted to help support the recent disclosures made in HRNF’s October 7, 2008 PRNewswire-FirstCall press release announcing signed agreements with the two "premier distributors", MCIM Trading of Plymouth, MN and TP Global of Seattle, WA, without success as neither company can be found. As such, stockholders have but you, HRNF CEO Michael Pagnano, to call upon for help with a request that you identify the two “premier distributors” by way of business address, a manner in which to contact be it by fax or by phone, and/or by Central Index Key and Corporate Number of the state in which they are incorporated.

Is a question the same as a request?
