A few months back, there was a whole discussion on uplisting. And a part of that discussion, I thought, revealed that in order to uplist, the CEO could not have posted forward looking statements in PRs. Could that be why they're being so careful to release information well after it has happened? Plus, why would you want to release your business plan about what you're "going to do" in a PR. It makes much more sense to just tell you what has been done.
