The reason that they filed, IMO, is that with a filing, even an unaudited one, will attract people to buy. The more often that they file, the more confidence people will have that they are "trying to do the right thing". Sandy knows what he did and was doing in order to get people to buy so he can fill his pockets. Pigs like him work the system to his favor and all his moves are calculated to benefit him.
