Thanks for the info.....I'll keep an eye on it....Its not such a good idea to go around claiming scam unless something has been proven.... Sounds like he's a sore loser or he just buys companies so he can try and sue them later for money????....I'm reading Sharpes claims..... He's mad because of a stock spit....he says the company didnt publicly announce.....Yet the company filed with the SEC of the split and thats public info...... then he went and bought his shares after the announcement any way !!! ....

01-20-09 Sharpe buys shares
03-04-09 Sharpe sells shares

So as the stock is falling he buys and as its falling more he sells...and hes mad why? Because the front page of the NY Times didnt post the stock split? Or because the NY Times didnt have the front page saying Read SEC filings before you buy stock??? I'm reading more of these claims...
