Your opinion is based on the fact that ... there was dillution in passed filings, future dillution, what? or are you talking out of the side of your neck. I bought today and it was difficult to purchase on the bid, meaning not a tremendous amnt of selling pressure at these levels. Test it for yourself try to buy on the bid, if stock is sinking it will go through within a few trades, if it doesnt then you don't have enough selling pressure for the MM to want to lower ASk to fill your order. Basic MM mechanics says this is bottom. IMO
