I have been following this for a while, Sands is always pulling tricks out of his sleeve, I wouldn't be suprised if the buy back program has started, seems likely while the price is still low that you wouldnt announce exactly when you will start other wise investors get involved and put the PPs up, buy back is in full effect, look at volum over last month, yes it is going down, but again this is part of the trick, my guess is 300,000,000 share will be put back to treasury by next edgar filing. He is sneaky like that.
