On the Q2 call, Donovan said he agreed with Roth estimates for FY 2010, but he made sure not to explicitly offer any guidance verbally or in writing. That was BEFORE Poken. Now it is after poken. And no updated FY '10 guidance, either from ROTH or Donovan. Caution is warranted IMO. They're transforming the company into something different. It will cost something. Already did ($500k for starters).
