I just called the TA myself.

I was told that they are "trying" for the new CUSIP, Name change, etc. but nothing has changed.

I asked about a R/S up to 1:1000.

I was told they are "trying" but nothing has changed.

I spoke to a guy.

I was told nothing has changed from the last information available for INCL but that they were trying.

How is it that others can be told different information than I have been told.

Bottom line: the new CUSIP, name change has not happened. PSC does not have the new documents. I will refer back to my previous posts as to what I feel is "really" going on here. If I had to sell my house to put the wheels in motion for something and if I tell someone that once I sell my house I will give them a million dollars, but I never sell my house...does it matter? In the meantime, I can work out a deal more suitable to me and those involved!
