hello again all. i know i said the last post i wrote would be my last but i felt compelled to answer you. i dont know what they are telling people today. i know on friday i was told the following by an attorney writing to me from a gps industries email address.. this is a brief summary because from what i read in the email i cant copy it or distribute it, if i am reading it correctly. in either case this is the summary... gps industries inc was bought and they are now gps industries llc, a delaware corp. the court ordered the trustee to liquidate the shell and any assets remaining under the shell. hyman is the trustee, which is why i directed everyone to contact him. the stock can trade indefinetly even being worthless and connected to nothing. the company and the sec do nothing to stop it. they have a caveat emptor policy towards this. i have nothing to gain by telling you this. i sold my position when i got wind what was going on. it wasnt insider info, the info is public, you just have to look for it. this is how i got it: i called falcon and was given an email address to send my question to. i did so and received a reply from a lawyer with a gps email. he told me everything i just told you and then directed me to the trustee for any further questions. thats about it. from what i was told this stock is done. this isnt my opinion. this isnt my feelings. this is what i was told. everyone needs to do their own dd. it took me 5 minutes to get the right email to send my question too. i hope they did change their plan and that isnt happening, but as of friday that is what i was told. good luck everyone. thats all i can say. im out. peace and hopefully they changed their plans and you all make out.

a good example of this kind of tradingis right here http://www.usatoday.com/money/autos/2009-08-20-gm-old-stock_N.htm

you asked why they havent halted trading, well theres your answer. they may never.
