Here's my opinion for what it's worth...
You have to take a leap of faith sometimes in order to benefit the reward of patience.

Yes the AS was raised but, that doesn't mean the shares definately will be issued. The company will have them in case they need money of course but, who's to say they will need said capital to get the infomercials on the air? Not me, not you, not anyone...Adam Engel won't benefit by flooding the market with huge amounts of issued shares, not compared to the reward from the sales potential of this bulb in the next few years. This will play out soon and it will succeed if all the small things along the way fall into place, which, I'd have to say, they are. Remember, just yesterday a pr came out about the call center agreement with Teleperformance for placing orders for the large call volume expected from the infomercials. Also, Star Funding's agreement with Zevotek ends this Friday the 23rd. So, we should be seeing something on that next week or so. November is just around the corner and I would hope to see some airtime pr's mid month or so and see the infomercials aired by EOM. IMHO.

Sometimes you just have to believe.
For me, the risk/reward factor is too spread apart, small amounts of risk with enormous potential. I for one will be accumulating shares, as I can, as others sell in fear.
