in my opinion they wil send a PR after divy transfer then the PR has a bigger inpact.

they deliver what they say yeah yeah yeah and everybody starts buying and before you know it we are at 0.33 cents

if you send a PR before divy transfer and the divy transfer got delayed than you have: ah ah ah what a shitty company the managment is no good and everybody starts selling because they lied (in their eyes)

so i think its a good thing th PR got delayed
