Are you saying that depending on how the cases go in the US, that LEH Europe may end up not having a solid enough case against the US parent?

Would make sense if the courts decide BCS and others took advantage of LEH, that LEH was essentially a solid company just lacked liquidity at the time of the bankruptcy, etc.
