Try hitting "refresh" while keeping the "Ctrl" key down.


The pop-ups are probably generated by some spyware infestation. Download "ad-aware" from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

It's free, and does a beautiful job of eliminating spyware. (which are NOT detected by anti-virus programs)
