Why Harry Masuda is engaged as consultant...

He was the CEO of Human BioSystems. A biomedical research company primarily focused on creating storage extension solutions for biological materials. By the end this company owned 5 patents, 2.4 Mio liabilities but no FDA approval for Human Testings and dicided for the merger with San West.

Harry Masuda works as a consultant at San West to get a good price for his 5 patents till 12/31 to pay back the liabilities San West assumed with the merger.

Just my opinion.
