NO freaking way !!!!!!!!

You know the volume on a 2.5 million O/S company ? 35 to a 100 shares a day !!!!!

Nevada site states that the O/S for INCL at the end of August was 500 million
seems to me that the R/S if ANY !!!! will be 5:1 .... reasonable IMO.
and with REVENUE generating contracts, the PPS will go up, not down .... r/s or no r/s

We got rid off a lot of tripple zero holders today, and that's good for the future rise of the PPS.

BTW, INCL's situation is rather unusual ....
taking way too long with the name, cusip & all change.
An employee could've seen 1000:1 for the very first time
and reported it to you not knowing what that meant.
How many comps have done a 1000:1 R/S ??? LOLOLOL

............... 1000:1 r/s is an absolute rubbish .....
