I'm pretty sure there is no information about when the needle devices are arriving, nor is there any speculation as to how many will be sold to California or how much $ ASFX makes. The hype of the bill is gone and the only value added by the hype is that this stock is consolidating at .02s now instead of in triple zeros. Unless a PR comes about needle devices being ordered, it will take a very long time for revenue from that to affect the share price here.
