So have is the 51% calculated for Michael to have majority control?
He get 350M shares of Class B ?? Does he get the 124M shares of ClassA plus does he have some additional shares from before. This gives him 474M shares then divide it by 1.131 B shares gives 41.9%. So he needs another 102.81 Shares to get 51% control.

350M Class B shares + 124M of new Class A shares + 102.81 Class A shares for restricted = 576.81 shares then divide by
1.131 B shares gives 51%.

Please correct me if I have this wrong.
