Good things take time, GREAT things just take a little longer folks - IMO Dean was a little naieve in thinking he could get everything done in August. If anyone has ever been involved in buying a business, things happen at the lawyers pace and most often that is in super slow motion. However we are close enough that the company was given a bridge loan to tide them over so it will happen when it happens, and sooner than later would, of course, be fine with me as well...
