Brezz..........why should they buy back now? If the game has really been going on so long, for years, why panic now?

There where plenty of times when they could have panicked in the past and did not.Why not?............because they have never performed yet.So far they would have been right.Brad Kinne scares no one...............especially not the big boys, may be young girls............but hey!.........

IMO,The naked short point is to wait for (total bankruptcy).If they get that, they do not (ever) have to cover and there are some good tax benefits that make it worthwhile to wait.

That is why they would be there still after all this time...............Plus if you short, and decide to start a new short position say at .001 and it goes to zero.You would still have a 100% gain.There is no reason to say they are not there.

all speculation............we will have to see if there really is a boogy man in our future.
