The way I understood it was they had to DD Poland to make sure they would do what they are supposed to do on their end of the deal.That is all................

I would not be able to deduce any thing else.When you start to deal in hypothetical s it becomes exhausting and almost a waste of energy, because it is just a mental chess game with not enough information.

We have all the information we need right now to make a choice.If the information makes us uncomfortable everyone has to adjust their portfolio to suit themselves.This is still a risky investment that has great potential.

At some point it could turn into a great investment with great potential...............we are not there yet.
