Being a one-man (OK, maybe two...) operation is one of the greatest strengths of IHub. In a large organization nobody is really responsible for anything, and things take forever to be done.

If something goes wrong here we know exactly who to blame. <g>

I consider the response time to problems in IHub as excellent, even if once in a while we have to suffer a hard-reboot. <g>
