Maybe I am reading this situation wrong, but the wording in the last PR sounded like the deal would be made by the end of October not October 19th as the previous PR stated. I think I would go with the last statement made and not expect much today. I could be wrong, but that is how I took it.

"The return of the shares is subject to the closing of the Company's recently announced letter of intent to acquire 15 income-producing oil and gas wells in the Clinton and Marcellus Shale region in Ohio from a private oil and gas company on or before October 31, 2009".
