Thanks rocky, but that list was part of your original post........I suspect that both sources are working off the same script.

This is just a curiosity issue for me, so you may not want to spend any more time on it. That said, I don't feel comfortable assuming that we've established whether:
1. The company was undergoing an unreported informal investigation or
2. The SEC felt that there was adequate information in the public domain to go directly to a formal investigation.

For the record I haven't seen it before either. But if there ever was a justification for it.................

Maybe if someone else knows of a precedent?
