m1041: Affirmative. CSMG Technologies acquired Carbon Capture Technologies, Inc., (CCTI) a wholly owned subsidiary of UTEK, in a stock transaction on 27 June 2008. Carbon Capture Technologies Inc. holds a worldwide exclusive license to a composition and method, invented and patented by Dr. Sayari, for use of a novel carbon dioxide (CO2) adsorbent. Any further improvements of the basic Sayari dry amine carbon-capture process would doubtless fall under the transaction agreement.

09/23/2009 CSMG CEO Don Robbins: "Our Carbon Capture Technology, Inc. project is moving along, and we believe this will also be a key component of CSMG’s future."

Things do appear to be looking up for our little company.
