riskanalyst: the market in warrants is not very efficient .... for options the market makers are much more involved and will themselves take advantage of mispricings .... furthermore on thinly traded options, they often set huge bid/ask spreads to make a profit, a reflection also of the illiquidity.

warrants can be valued just like options with black scholes, but the market is boss and fair value can differ significantly from the market price.

TXIC and TXICW is another case of time value being set by the market near NIL even with 18 months till expiration. They are very deep in the money so time value would not be very high anyway, but obviously worth more than zero !
