FWIW: The (custom) system I use to trade Rydex funds is telling me that there's a high possibility that tomorrow will be a "gap-and-don't-look-back" day. (similar to May 8th 2002)

Accordingly, I'm 100% in Rydex Velocity (200% NDX)
