Maybe the law firm has a large short position and wants to drive down the price of the stock.

lol .. oh boy .. that was the best one so far

you do know it was already suspended when they filed don't you .. and now trading on the grey market .. a lower PPS is automatic .. imo

and if it stays on the greys is sub penny low enough?
