EBITDA describes their "Team" below in the executive summary filed with NTIA.

"...EBITDA Capital Inc. is a for profit corporation. Our team is composed of experienced individuals and
experienced contractors that have demonstrated results. Our team members have supplied towers to
the U.S. Boarder Patrol and many other Federal Agencies and deployed a wireless network for the entire
nation of Costa Rica".

No mention is made of OneFi in the executive summary. I don't recall OneFi ever releasing information about Boarder Patrol, Federal Agency or Costa Rica deployment... so I can't conclude OneFi is part of this team based on the information in the summary.

It sounds like EBITDA has contractors they feel can be used.
